Class deep dives: a new 16-point talent milestone, dual spec at 40, trainers for respecs

Hunter and Druid, then Priest and Warrior posts set the shared framework: talents from 10, milestones at 11, 16, 21 and 31, Blessing of Kings and Improved Mark of the Wild baseline.

Blizzard's class deep dives confirmed the talent framework: points start at level 10, the same row count as Classic, one-point milestones at 11, 21 and 31 plus a new 16-point milestone, and several former talents made baseline. Talents and Legacy perks are changed at a class trainer in a major city; dual specialization unlocks at 40.

Hunter: Aimed Shot baseline at 20, traps usable in combat, pets scale with gear, Foxes as a new family, Resourcefulness and Improved Tracking as merged talents. Priest: Fear Ward and Devouring Plague for every race at 20, Divine Spirit baseline at 30, Shadow Word: Death at 32. Warrior: Rage more reliable, Improved Shield Block and Improved Taunt baseline, every weapon specialization removed. Druid: Wrath up about 50%, heals over time can crit.
