Baseline changes that affect everyone
- Spells learned at the trainer no longer jump onto your action bars automatically.
- Training 1 to 60 costs about 206 to 207 gold for every class; Warlocks pay slightly less.
- Low-rank spells trigger talent procs normally again, except Blizzard interacting with Arcane Concentration, Frostbite and Fingers of Frost when you cast a rank learned more than 12 levels ago.
- Several former talents are trainable: Blessing of Kings, Improved Mark of the Wild, Improved Power Word: Fortitude, Divine Spirit (30), Aimed Shot (20), Fear Ward and Devouring Plague (20, all priest races), Shadow Word: Death (32), Improved Shield Block and Improved Taunt.
