Questions players ask

What changed about professions in WoW Forever?
Every profession builds three camp features (skill 20, 140, 300) whose buffs stand in for class buffs; dozens of new recipes come from the Azeroth Commerce Authority and Durotar Supply and Logistics for Merchant's Favor; Craftsman's Writs give crafting orders; basic healing potions moved from Alchemy to First Aid; Tauren can duplicate herbs with Cultivation.
Which professions should I take first?
Cooking the moment you can, for the campfire and 5% XP food. Then two gathering professions for a first character (free, steady gold, and Waylaid Crate turn-ins), or a gathering plus the crafting profession whose gear you will wear, because the strong Favor recipes are bind-on-pickup.
