Respecs drop to 1 silver after an hour, wands nerfed, the Cooldown Manager arrives, Wrath +50%, Holy Strike reworked, Shaman totem changes.

Highlights

  • Respec cost falls to 1 silver when an hour has passed since the last reset (beta pricing; the charge system underneath is permanent).
  • Wand damage reduced; wands still fire while moving.
  • Cooldown Manager added to the default UI.
  • Druid Wrath +50%; Paladin Holy Strike reworked; Shaman totem adjustments.
