16-point milestone
A new talent milestone between Classic's 11 and 21.
What 16-point milestone means in WoW Forever
Forever's trees keep Classic's milestone talents at 11, 21 and 31 points and add one at 16. Under the hood the trees use the modern trait system with gates every five points spent, which is also what lets the Talented perk start points at level 5.
