The racial rework (two actives and two passives per race), Marks of Honor stacking to 30, Walk on Air on a 90-second cooldown, Dalaran hostile to Horde, and talent layout changes that required calculators to migrate saved builds.

Highlights

  • Every race given two active and two passive racials (later partly reversed on 26 October).
  • Battleground Marks of Honor stack to 30.
  • Skyborne Walk on Air cooldown 90 seconds (was 2 minutes).
  • Horde characters are attacked on sight in Dalaran; a quest-based key grants passage.
  • Several talents moved cells or were removed; shared build links from earlier builds stopped resolving.
