WoW Forever ultrawide wallpapers

The reveal cinematic was rendered at 3840×1600, a 2.4:1 frame that is almost exactly the shape of a 21:9 ultrawide monitor. These twelve stills are offered at 3440×1440 with a sliver trimmed from the sides, and at their native size for 3840×1600 displays. The 16:9 screenshots are not cropped to ultrawide because too much of the scene would go.

Questions players ask

Will a 3440×1440 wallpaper fit my screen?
3440×1440 is the native size of 34-inch 21:9 monitors. On a 3840×1600 38-inch monitor use the native file instead. On a 5120×1440 super-ultrawide the image will be stretched or tiled; pick two different stills, one per half.
Are these upscaled?
No. Every file is written from Blizzard's original at the same or a smaller size. The only crops are the 16:9 and phone cuts, which remove edges rather than enlarge anything.
