How Holy plays

Flash of Light on the tank between Holy Light for big damage, Holy Shock for instant saves, Oath of Light on the tank for the scaling Holy Light. Blessing of Kings is baseline now, so your blessings go to Wisdom and Might.

Rotation and priority

  1. Oath of Light on the main tank before the pull
  2. Flash of Light as the steady heal; Holy Light when the tank drops below half
  3. Holy Shock on cooldown when anyone needs an instant
  4. Divine Favor before an emergency Holy Light for a guaranteed crit
  5. Lay on Hands when all else fails; Divine Shield plus bandage in PvP

Tips

  • Illumination makes spell crit a mana stat; take it on gear when the choice is close.
  • Cleanse is instant and cheap: dispel poisons and diseases before healing through them.
  • Blessing of Freedom on the flag carrier wins Warsong games.
