How Retribution plays

Keep Seal of Command up, Judge it on cooldown, Holy Strike when the Sacred Arbiter window is open, Consecration on groups. Sanctified Judgement refunds mana so you can keep judging.

Rotation and priority

  1. Seal of Command up before the pull
  2. Judgement on cooldown (Improved Judgement)
  3. Holy Strike when Unsealed Wrath has charges
  4. Consecration when two or more targets are near
  5. Hammer of Wrath under 20%
  6. Reseal immediately after each Judgement

Tips

  • The slowest two-hander you can find is best: Seal of Command procs scale with weapon damage.
  • Blessing of Might on yourself, Wisdom when mana runs dry.
  • In PvP open with Hammer of Justice into Judgement and Holy Strike; bubble to reset.

Reworked into one of the safer fast levelers: Seal of Command at 20, mana refunds from Sanctified Judgement, Champion of the Light turning Intellect into damage, and plate at 40. You heal yourself, bubble, and never die to a bad pull.
