Rotation and priority

  1. Instant Poison both hands
  2. Sinister Strike to 2 to 3 points, Slice and Dice
  3. Sinister Strike to 5, Shank whenever it is off cooldown (it cannot miss and gives Energy)
  4. Eviscerate at 5 (Coup de Grace); Rupture on bosses with Blood Splatter
  5. Blade Flurry whenever a second target is in reach
  6. Adrenaline Rush with trinkets and Blade Flurry

Tips

  • Riposte after a parry is free damage and a disarm.
  • Kick is your interrupt; Combat gets it cheapest with Improved Kick-style talents.
  • Leveling: Sinister Strike, Slice and Dice, bandage, repeat. Gouge to reset a fight.

Leveling as Combat

A fast single-target killer with no self-healing. Shank (24) and Poised (18) make the rotation smoother than Classic, and Riposte and Blade Flurry handle pairs, but you still live on food, bandages and Gouge.
